Job Description

As a candidate for the role of managing international CPL lead generation campaigns across niche and high-demand verticals, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing campaigns to ensure high-quality lead delivery in multiple GEOs. Your key responsibilities will include: - End-to-end delivery & optimization of CPL campaigns in Dating, Sweepstakes, Casino, Insurance, Home Improvement verticals - Maintaining lead quality benchmarks based on client KPIs such as Conversion Rate and Scrub % - Ensuring geo-specific compliance including TCPA/GDPR/DNC/age restrictions - Coordinating effectively with international publishers, networks & call centers - Managing pacing, caps, funnel performance & daily delivery targets - Troubleshooting tracking & integration issues like UTMs, postback/API failures - Maintaining accurate documentation & CRM reporting - Analyzing traffic and performance to identify scaling opportunities - Collaborating with pre-sales on new campaign onboarding & approvals To excel in this role, you are required to have: - 3 years of experience in international CPL/CPA web delivery - Experience in any of the mentioned verticals is a strong advantage - Good understanding of filters, validation rules, compliance guidelines - Familiarity with traffic sources like Affiliates / Native / Display / Email / SMS / Search - Excellent Excel/reporting skills - Strong communication skills for global stakeholder coordination - Ability to perform under pressure with delivery accountability Additionally, working knowledge of lead verification, scrubbing tools, quality tracking, verticals with restrictions like Casino/Gambling, Insurance, API/Postback setup, Campaign analytics tools, and exposure to platforms like Salesforce/HubSpot/HasOffers/Voluum would be beneficial.
