Department: International Campaign Delivery | Performance Marketing
Role Overview
The selected candidate will manage international CPL lead generation campaigns across niche and high-demand verticals such as Dating, Sweepstakes, Casino, Insurance & Home Improvement. The role requires strong campaign execution and compliance understanding to ensure high-quality lead delivery across multiple GEOs (US, UK, Canada, AUS, Europe, GCC ).
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end delivery & optimization of CPL campaigns in:
Dating, Sweepstakes, Casino, Insurance, Home Improvement
Maintain lead quality benchmarks based on client KPIs (Conversion Rate, Scrub %, etc.)
Ensure geo-specific compliance, including TCPA/GDPR/DNC/age restrictions
Coordinate effectively with international publishers, networks & call centers
Manage pacing, caps, funnel performance & daily delivery targets
Troubleshoot tracking & integration issues (UTMs, postback/API failures)
Maintain accurate documentation & CRM reporting
Analyze traffic and performance to identify scaling opportunities
Work according to international time zones, depending on campaigns
Collaborate with pre-sales on new campaign onboarding & approvals
Required Skills & Qualifications
13 years of experience in international CPL/CPA web delivery
Experience in any of the mentioned verticals is a strong advantage
Good understanding of:
Filters, validation rules, compliance guidelines
Traffic sources: Affiliates / Native / Display / Email / SMS / Search
Excellent Excel/reporting skills
Strong communication skills for global stakeholder coordination
Ability to perform under pressure with delivery accountability
Preferred Experience
Working knowledge of:
Lead verification, scrubbing tools & quality tracking
Verticals with restrictions: Casino/Gambling, Insurance
API/Postback setup & Campaign analytics tools
Exposure to Salesforce/HubSpot/HasOffers/Voluum or similar platforms
