Web Specialist

As a Web Specialist at RRD GO CREATIVE, you will be joining the Creative Communications team in Chennai. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to create responsive and high-performing designs that seamlessly adapt across different devices and screen sizes. Additionally, proficiency in tools like GSAP, AOS plugin, and HTML5 ad banner standards will be crucial for this role. **Role Overview:** In this position, you will be responsible for resolving client queries through email, phone, and chat, monitoring client requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks. As the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for projects, you will coordinate with technical teams, troubleshoot bugs in the AEM publishing system, and work closely with stakeholders on critical launches and campaigns. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide resolution to client queries via email, phone, and chat - Monitor client requirements and engage with technical teams when required - Ensure timely delivery of assigned internal and client tasks - Act as a SPOC for projects and ensure timely delivery - Identify bottlenecks in the process/workflow and propose changes - Troubleshoot bugs in the AEM publishing system - Coordinate with stakeholders on critical launches and campaigns - Work closely with multiple stakeholders **Qualifications Required:** - Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6) - Expertise in modern HTML5 and CSS3 conversion for responsive designs - Proficiency in GSAP, AOS plugin for animations - Hands-on experience with HTML5 interactive Ad banners - Proficiency in HTML5 ad banner standards - Knowledge of tools like Google Campaign Manager (DCM), Google Web Designer, and Adobe Animate - Basic understanding of Photoshop or After Effects for asset preparation - Experience using Git for version control - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Effective communication and time management skills Please note that the company, RRD GO Creative, has over three decades of experience in business communications, marketing solutions, and digital productivity solutions.
