What You'll Do: Develop and animate high-quality digital advertising banners (HTML5, rich media, GIF, static) for various campaigns and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, programmatic display). Ensure banners are optimized for performance, file size, and cross-browser/device compatibility. Implement tracking and analytics tags (e.g., Google Analytics, DoubleClick) within banner creatives. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital advertising, animation, and web development. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality. What We're Looking For (Required Skills & Experience): 3+ years of professional experience in digital banner development, web animation, or front-end web development with a strong animation focus. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for creating interactive and animated web content. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital banners, animated web elements, or interactive web experiences. Excellent understanding of digital advertising best practices, ad specifications, and optimization techniques.
