As an experienced Paid Advertising Campaign Manager at Cipher9 Innovations, your main responsibility will be to plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns targeted towards crypto users outside India. You will be utilizing various advertising platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Reddit Ads, Telegram channels, crypto communities, and native ad networks to reach the desired audience. Your role will involve setting up and managing ad accounts, ensuring compliance with ad policies, and overcoming suspensions and policy restrictions. It will be crucial for you to continuously optimize campaigns for Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Investment (ROI). A/B testing, audience segmentation, and landing page experiments will also be a part of your regular tasks to enhance campaign performance. Monitoring campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and third-party tracking tools will be essential to track the effectiveness of your campaigns. Staying updated on ad policies and compliance, especially within the crypto and iGaming industries, will be vital to ensure the success and longevity of the campaigns. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in paid campaign management with proven expertise in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), native ads, and social platform ad management. A deep understanding of international crypto audiences and online gaming demographics is required, along with experience in handling ad account creation, suspension resolution, and compliance issues. Strong analytical skills focused on performance and ROI are important, along with familiarity with tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Voluum, PropellerAds, or similar platforms. While not mandatory, it would be advantageous to have experience with affiliate/CPA traffic and a background in fintech, Decentralized Finance (DeFi), iGaming, or arbitrage trading platforms. Additionally, a working knowledge of Telegram growth strategies and Reddit communities would be a plus in this role.,
