Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Web Specialist, located in Lucknow. The Web Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites. Daily tasks include working on web design, front-end development, and using web analytics tools to measure site performance. The role also involves ensuring websites are optimized for usability and performance, and collaborating with team members to create and implement web solutions.

Qualifications

• Skills in Web Analytics for measuring and analyzing site performance
• Proficiency in Web Design and Front-End Development
• Experience in Web Development and using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus

 Run social ad campaigns that don’t just burn money but actually generate leads & sales.

 Create killer sales funnels – from first click to final deal closed.

 Build AI chatbots & email automations that talk to leads before we do.

 Automate boring stuff → focus only on high-value work.

 Work with the sales & marketing squad to turn strategy into results.
