Coordinate product content readiness across teams (Geo 4P, merchandisers, Global content team) including content authors, developers, QA, and localization.
Track go-live schedules and maintain product launch trackers to ensure visibility and accountability.
Validate pre-production readiness (SKU availability, pricing, assets, SEO tags, meta data, etc.) before go-lives.
Facilitate smooth handoffs between development and QA teams; escalate blockers proactively.
Monitor and ensure compliance with go-live governance processes.
Assist in post-live checks to ensure pricing, images, and copy reflect accurately on site.
Collaborate with regional stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates.
Support product lifecycle updates including rollouts, refreshes, end-of-life, and site maintenance.
Contribute to process improvements and documentation updates based on feedback and learnings.
Leverage internal tools (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint, Power BI, CMS) to manage and report progress.
