Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Web & Mobile App Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our applications deliver a seamless, bug-free experience across platforms, devices, and browsers. You will play a critical role in maintaining product quality, usability, and performance.


Key Responsibilities

manual and automated testing

test cases, test scripts, and test plans.

functional, regression, integration, and usability testing

·      Test across multiple devices, operating systems, and browsers to ensure compatibility.

·      Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Bugzilla).

·      Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to resolve issues.

UI/UX standards

·      Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in 

    web and mobile app testing

    .
  • Familiarity with 

    QA methodologies, tools, and processes

    .
  • Hands-on experience with 

    automation frameworks

     (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress).
  • Strong knowledge of 

    Android, iOS, and cross-browser testing

    .
  • Understanding of 

    API testing

     (Postman, REST, GraphQL).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to think from the 

    end-user perspective

    .


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of 

    performance and security testing

    .
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • ISTQB or other QA certifications.
