As a Web & Mobile App Tester at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our applications deliver a seamless, bug-free experience across various platforms, devices, and browsers. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality, usability, and performance will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications. - Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing. - Test across multiple devices, operating systems, and browsers to ensure compatibility. - Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Bugzilla). - Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to resolve issues. - Provide clear and detailed test reports and feedback. - Ensure compliance with UI/UX standards and performance benchmarks. - Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven experience in web and mobile app testing. - Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress). - Strong knowledge of Android, iOS, and cross-browser testing. - Understanding of API testing (Postman, REST, GraphQL). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Attention to detail and ability to think from the end-user perspective.
