Web Developer (Website Design, SEO & Landing Page Specialist)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Developer with extensive experience in modern website design, full-stack development, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of SEO best practices, lead-tracking landing pages, and conversion-oriented design.

Experience with iOS mobile app development is a strong plus.

This is a remote, self-driven role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves clean design, and builds high-performing digital experiences that generate results.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive websites with modern UI/UX.
• Build lead-generation landing pages optimized for conversion and tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Tag Manager, CRM integrations).
• Implement strong SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, metadata, site speed improvements, and schema markup.
• Manage website updates, security, mobile responsiveness, and ongoing feature enhancements.
• Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to align design and content strategy.
• Develop and optimize website architecture for speed, performance, and accessibility.
• Build or support iOS mobile app development (bonus).
• Troubleshoot bugs, implement A/B tests, and improve user flows to boost engagement and conversions.
• Ensure websites are up-to-date, secure, and aligned with best development practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web development and responsive website design.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.).
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or equivalent CMS platforms.
• Advanced understanding of SEO, site structure, keyword optimization, and Google Search Console.
• Experience with landing page builders and tracking tools (Unbounce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
• Ability to design clean, modern UI layouts with strong UX principles.
• Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, PHP, APIs, MySQL) preferred.
• Experience building or contributing to iOS mobile applications (Swift or React Native is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with healthcare, dental, or professional service brands.
• Understanding of HIPAA-friendly website practices (forms, patient data).
• Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of marketing funnels and conversion strategy.
