Role Overview:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and approach potential partners (music labels, artists, NFT creators, Web3 projects, influencers).
• 
  
• Drive strategic collaborations for music licensing, NFT marketplace growth, and ecosystem expansion.
• 
  
• Pitch Desync’s vision and value proposition to potential partners, investors, and communities.
• 
  
• Build and nurture relationships in Web3, blockchain, and entertainment sectors.
• 
  
• Coordinate with the internal team to align partnership goals with the product roadmap.
• 
  
• Represent Desync in relevant events, online communities, and social channels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales (Web3/crypto/NFT/music industry experience preferred).
• 
  
• Strong networking skills with established contacts in relevant industries.
• 
  
• Understanding of blockchain, NFTs, and token economies.
• 
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• 
  
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.

• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
