At Desync, we’re building one of the boldest Music + Web3 platforms, and we’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want an internship — but wants to think and act like a future co-founder.

📍 Location: Remote

📅 Schedule: 18–24 hours per week

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the founder on daily execution
• Assist in building tokenomics models, pitch decks & roadmaps
• Conduct market & competitor research
• Support in branding, design, and storytelling
• Contribute to community-building & campaigns
• Collaborate across tasks — from Web3 to BD to marketing

💡 Business Understanding (Preferred)

• Startup mindset & business development
• Branding & positioning strategy
• Communication & partnership building
• Decks, proposals & documentation for outreach and planning

🌐 Web3 Understanding (Must-Have)

• Tokenomics & blockchain basics
• NFTs & DeFi concepts
• Community building & Web3 marketing
• Fundraising concepts: TGE, IDO, IEO, etc.

⚡ Who We’re Looking For

You’re someone who understands both tech and business. A self-starter, curious, hands-on, and hungry to create impact.

✨ Tech Awareness (Bonus)

• dApps, NFTs (art, utility, music, soulbound, etc.)
• Bridging & cross-chain mechanics
• Protocol layers (L1, L2, modular chains)
• Token swapping & DEX basics
• Wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, custodial vs. non-custodial)
• Smart contracts (basic working knowledge)

• (One Mandatory Major Skill): Blockchain Development / Marketing / Business Development Execution
• (Mandatory Secondary Skills): Communication & Relationship Building, Ability to Align with Multiple Teams, Multitasking
