Job Description

Production Planning & Execution:
Develop weekly/monthly production plans based on orders.
Monitor execution to meet delivery timelines and efficiency goals.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
Lead supervisors and departmental staff.
Coordinate between production, maintenance, quality, and planning teams.
Process Optimization:
Analyze production data to improve loom efficiency and reduce downtime.
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
Control costs related to labor, materials, and machine utilization.
Monitor yarn consumption and reduce fabric rejection rates.
Machine & Technology Management:
Plan for loom upgrades or maintenance schedules.
Implement automation or new technologies as needed.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure adherence to ISO, environmental, or customer audit standards.
Prepare reports for senior management on production KPIs (Efficiency, Quality, Downtime).
Training & Development:
Identify skill gaps and organize training for operators and supervisors.
Promote best practices and safety culture on the floor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
