We're expanding & HIRING Role – Wealth Manager / Relationship Manager (RM) Location – Mumbai We are looking for a highly driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in managing and growing relationships with corporates, family offices and high-net-worth clients in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial advice, investment solution and portfolio management with strong focus on fixed income products including government securities (G-Secs) and corporate bonds, NCDs & Debentures. Key Responsibilities :- 1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management - Build, acquire, and nurture relationships with corporates, HNIs, and family offices for their investment needs 2. Investment Strategy & Advisory - Analyze client portfolios and recommend tailored investment solutions aligned with financial goals and risk appetite 3. Portfolio Monitoring & Market Insights – Provide regular market updates and portfolio performance reviews, ensuring optimal investment strategies 4. Regulatory & Compliance Adherence – Ensure all investment activities comply with financial regulations and internal policies 5. Pan-India Travel & Business Development – Engage in networking, corporate meetings, and client visits to drive business growth 6. Channel Partner Collaboration – Work closely with brokers, institutions, and market participants for efficient buying and selling of bonds Qualifying Criteria :- 1. MBA / CA / CFA / Accredited Master’s degree (Finance / Marketing will be preference) 2. Proven experience in sales & relationship management within fixed-income markets, wealth management, PMS, mutual funds, or insurance 3. Strong understanding of the fixed-income landscape (G-Secs, corporate bonds, NCDs, and debentures) 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to work independently and manage high-value client portfolios 6.
