Job Description

Location: Gurgaon / NCR

We are expanding our team for Student Acquisition & Enrollments and are looking for energetic professionals to join us in driving admissions for leading University Programs (MBA, B.Tech, BBA, Design, etc.).

Open Positions

Business Development Managers (BDMs)

Drive student enrollments through direct outreach and channel partners. Build strong lead pipelines via events, digital campaigns, and partnerships. Manage a small team of counsellors and support them in conversions. Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate with 4–7 years’ experience in university admissions / higher education sales / EdTech. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Prior experience in managing targets and teams.

Senior Counsellors

Counsel students and parents on program details and guide them towards admissions. Carry personal admission targets and manage a team of counsellors. Support counsellors in conversions and monitor daily/weekly performance. Requirements: Graduate (MBA/PG preferred) with 3–6 years of experience in counselling / student recruitment. Excellent communication and convincing ability. Target-driven with prior experience in team handling.

Counsellors (Student Advisors)

Handle student enquiries (walk-ins, calls, online). Explain course details, fee structure, and career outcomes. Regular follow-ups to ensure conversions. Meet monthly admission targets. Requirements: Graduate with 1–4 years of experience in counselling/admissions/EdTech sales. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Tele-Callers

Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents. Share basic program information and fix counselling appointments. Follow up with leads to keep them engaged. Maintain enquiry database and daily call reports. Requirements: Graduate / 12th pass with good Hindi & English communication. 0–2 years of experience in telesales / tele-counselling preferred. Energetic, confident, and target-oriented.

5.Academic Coordinator Responsibilities:

support course delivery, mentor coordination, and student engagement at PixelPop Academy.

Ideal candidates should have strong organizational skills and a passion for managing academic operations in a creative learning environment.
