Company:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Source and screen profiles from Naukri, LinkedIn & other platforms
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Handle offer roll-outs, negotiations & pre-joining formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipeline

Onboarding & Induction

Manage joining formalities and document verification
Conduct orientation/induction for new hires
Maintain employee personal files and digital records

HR Operations

Attendance & leave management
HRIS data updates
Assist with payroll inputs
Support confirmation, appraisal & exit processes

Employee Engagement & Relations

Plan and conduct employee engagement activities
Address employee queries and escalate issues when needed
Support initiatives to maintain a positive work environment

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or related field
1–4 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist role
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong organizational & multitasking abilities
Knowledge of basic HR compliance and labor laws
Proficiency in MS Office
