Planning and Order Management -Planning and Ordering Goods From 3rd Party Vendor, issuing Contracts and ensuring Orders are Completed within the Contract Period.

Production and Dispatch Planning - Ask Vendors to produce as per our requirements and dispatching from them as per the market needs by issuing purchase Order.

Transportation Followup and Planning - Vehicle planning and dispatch Goods from vendors to depots through Bidding , Follwup with the Alloted Transporter for the timely supply of Goods.

Norm Setting - Setting up Norms for Parent Depots for efficient availablity of safety stock in all depots.

Mismatch Clearance -Collecting Credit Notes and Debit Notes againt the Mismatch case Received/Price Difference.

Vendor Finance Coordination - Coordinating with Vendors in case of any payment Dues and Financial Related queries.

Supply Analysis - Month wise supply Tracking as per the plan and analysing Shortage.

IT Support - coordinating with IT team for IT related support.
