Warehouse Supervisor

Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Manage and train warehouse staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of stock discrepancies. Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for efficient shipping and receiving. Monitor use of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and schedule maintenance as needed. Prepare reports on inventory levels, productivity, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Enforce company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
