Job Description: Warehouse Supervisor
Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month
Experience Required: 2–5 years
LUDHIANA CANDIDATE ONLY
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
Ensure accurate inventory management, stock records, and system updates
Monitor inward & outward material movement and maintain proper documentation
Implement and follow FIFO / LIFO and other inventory control methods
Supervise warehouse staff for picking, packing, loading & unloading
Coordinate with purchase, sales, and accounts teams for timely material flow
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and material handling guidelines
Conduct daily/weekly stock checking and report discrepancies
Improve warehouse processes for better efficiency and productivity
Prepare and share MIS reports related to stock and dispatch
Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma (any stream)
2–5 years of experience in warehouse/store operations
Good knowledge of inventory management & warehouse procedures
Ability to handle manpower and meet timelines
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/Tally preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
