Job Description

Supervise warehouse operations including inward/outward movement of goods Plan and manage dispatch schedules as per customer and project requirements Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery Maintain stock records, dispatch registers, and delivery challans accurately Ensure proper packaging, loading, and documentation for each dispatch Handle incoming material verification, GRN, and storage Track shipments and update internal teams/customers about delivery status Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification Supervise a team of warehouse staff, loaders, and helpers Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs Requirements:Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field 3+ years of relevant experience in warehouse & dispatch operations Strong understanding of transportation/logistics processes Knowledge of stock management, documentation, and delivery tracking Familiarity with basic software: MS Excel, Email, and possibly ERP/WMS systems Ability to manage teams, coordinate with vendors, and meet dispatch timelines Must be organized, punctual, and capable of multitasking
