Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor at Maersk, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies. Your responsibilities will include supervising warehouse staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations. - Monitor and manage inventory levels for timely replenishment. - Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. - Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. - Develop and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures. - Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff performance. - Prepare and analyze reports related to inventory, staff performance, and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred. - Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role. - Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety procedures. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
