Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Management

• Manage daily warehouse operations for online marketplace orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with logistics teams for inventory control, stock levels, and dispatch readiness.
• Oversee picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet deadlines and service standards.

Returns Management

• Process returns and exchanges as per company policy.
• Collaborate with customer service teams for return-related queries.
• Inspect, log, and restock returned goods as per guidelines.

Claims & Dispute Resolution

• Handle claims for lost, damaged, or defective goods.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams to resolve disputes and process reimbursements.
• Track all claims to ensure timely closure.

Data Tracking & Reporting

• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, returns, and claims.
• Monitor KPIs like fulfilment accuracy, return rates, and resolution timelines.

Inventory Management

• Continuously update stock levels to reflect real-time orders and returns.
• Conduct stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Requirements

• Graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Commerce or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or marketplace operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
