Team Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising warehouse staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance. Safety and Compliance: Ensuring a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety procedures and regulations. Logistics Coordination: Managing the flow of goods, transportation companies, and optimizing logistics processes. Operational Efficiency: Identifying areas for improvement, implementing operational procedures, and utilizing technology to enhance efficiency. Essential Skills: Leadership and Management: Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to warehouse operations.
