Urgent Hiring || Warehouse Manager || Pune Profile: - Warehouse Manager Experience:- Min 4 Years CTC:- Upto 6 LPA (Depend on the interview) Location:- Pune Duties & Responsibilities: Assist to warehouse Sr manager & head-QC & Store. Doing all inspection related activity on daily basis in WH, vendor place & mill. Raise & arrange inspection call for warehouse, vendor place & mill. Through portal/notification form /by mail to TPI and client or client cc to tpi Co-ordinate with TPI agencies for conducting/planning of inspection at warehouse, vendor place & mill. Follow-up with HO QC team regarding MTC & other documents which required for inspection/other activities in HO/vendor place. Arrange inspection related documents like, MTC, specifications, and test results. Maintain track record of offer list. We provide unique identification no. for easy & fast track of offer list’ & link with soft copies of full set of inspection documents. Allot & give offer lit details to ware house in charge for takeout material for inspections to pick out the pipe with heat number and measurement. Send all inspection documents with scan proper page sequence for release note, despatch clearance to TPI, customer & concern persons of HO by mail & send all hard copies of inspection documents to Bangalore HO by courier. And Follow-up with TPI to get IRN or with client to get IRN or DCC Respond to all query related mails & phone calls within same day. Arrange & send measuring instruments for calibration & recollect. Responsible to send material for job work, like hydro, chemical & mechanical testing’s, beveling, threading, sample cutting, bending, sand blasting, internal epoxy coating, corro coating, etc. by preparing PMDC through ERP & take back after completion. through MRIR. Follow-up with vendor for job work & reports status & update to WH in-charge & HO. Quality check of inward & outward material & sorting hurdles for dispatches. Follow-up with purchase department for approval of PO’s in ERP & raising new po’s for various job work. Understand the material situation in mill with purchase department & plan accordingly for further process. Visit at vendor place for check status of job work, inspection activities & along with do outside work of WH. Handle WH all activities in absence of WH in-charge. Consult with marketing for local dispatches & arrange documents/material/reports/vehicle. Making GRN for inward raw material as well as job work material. Training to down line people. Participate in a training program conducted by vendors. Complete daily work on time, if required late sitting will be there. Maintain company asset and inspection instrument with proper care Maintain all ISO documents, calibration related document ...up to date Forwarding immediately to H.O with proper letter to speed up our out ward document for payment related Issue ALL other related work for mrir entry, preparing DELIVERY CHALLAN, E WAY BILL for job work, out ward invoice to be done through ERP with concurrence with Warehouse in charge.
