Role and Responsibilities

Warehouse Manager

• Supervise and control warehouse operations of multi client Warehouse.
• Implement operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and maximize space utilization.
• Ensure timely and accurate receiving, storage, Packing and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, timely audit and stock reconciliations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in cost, processes, and overall efficiency.
• Optimize warehouse layout, manpower allocation, and resource utilization.
• Maintain Compliance with safety, Security and Statutory regulation.
• Lead, Train and Motivate Warehouse team across functions.
• Implement ERP or WMS-based processes
• Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in logistics, supply chain management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 7 to 15 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, preferably in 3PL, FMCG, manufacturing sectors.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering operational excellence in high-volume environments.
