Role & responsibilities We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Executive based in Navi Mumbai to support our sales teams with accurate and competitive pricing strategies. Obtain and negotiate freight rates with shipping lines, airlines, transporter and other service providers. Prepare competitive quotations for clients based on requirements, service routes, and timelines. Follow up with sales and operations teams to convert quotations into confirmed bookings. Develop pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability in global markets. Works on specialized pricing for hazardous cargo, reefer shipments. Maintain relationships with Carriers (MLO, NVOCC), overseas agents for cross-trade, imports and exports pricing. Liaise with shipping lines, airlines and overseas agents to obtain best rates and space availability. Maintain and update pricing databases, rate sheets, and customer contracts. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and cost structures to ensure competitive offers. Contribute to pricing strategies and assist in tender preparations and RFQ submissions. Thorough understanding of INCOTERMS and ability to prepare competitive quotes for customers. Preferred candidate profile 3 - 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial operations, or logistics support within the freight forwarding industry. Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. Good understanding of pricing structures in air, sea, and land freight. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Graduate degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred

Proven ability to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely dispatch and accurate stock management in both manual and ERP-enabled environments. Supervise and control warehouse operations of multi client Warehouse. Implement operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and maximize space utilization. Ensure timely and accurate receiving, storage, Packing and dispatch. Ensure accurate inventory management, timely audit and stock reconciliations Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance. Drive continuous improvement in cost, processes, and overall efficiency. Optimize warehouse layout, manpower allocation, and resource utilization. Maintain Compliance with safety, Security and Statutory regulation. Lead, Train and Motivate Warehouse team across functions. Implement ERP or WMS-based processes Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports Preferred candidate profile Graduate in logistics, supply chain management, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 7 to 15 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, preferably in 3PL, FMCG, manufacturing sectors. Strong leadership and people management skills. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP tools. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities. Proven track record of delivering operational excellence in high-volume environments.
