Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all beauty products in the warehouse.
• Implement and execute effective inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Order Fulfillment:
• Coordinate and prioritize the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure orders are accurate and meet quality standards.
• Implement strategies to optimize order fulfillment processes.
• Supervision and Leadership:
• Lead and manage a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Logistics and Distribution:
• Work closely with logistics partners to streamline transportation and distribution processes.
• Optimize shipping methods and carriers to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
• Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics.
• Space Optimization:
• Organize and maximize warehouse space to accommodate the diverse range of beauty products.
• Implement efficient storage solutions to enhance accessibility and retrieval times.
• Quality Control:
• Establish and enforce quality control processes to guarantee the integrity of beauty products during storage and shipment.
• Investigate and address any product quality issues promptly.
• Technology Integration:
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and implement relevant technological advancements.
