Job Title: Warehouse Manager Location: Phursungi, Pune Company: Rissing Moon Trading (Liquor Distribution Division) Industry: Liquor Distribution / FMCG Employment Type: Full-time Preferred: Immediate Joiners | Liquor or FMCG Background Only About the Company: Rissing Moon Trading is part of the Wine Enterprises Group, engaged in the distribution of premium liquor brands across Maharashtra. We operate high-volume, fast-paced warehouses and are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our Phursungi operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inventory control, stock dispatch, and receipt of goods. Supervise and train warehouse staff ensuring adherence to safety and compliance protocols. Monitor daily dispatches, loading/unloading, and coordinate with logistics and sales teams. Ensure proper storage and handling of liquor stock as per excise and legal standards. Conduct regular stock audits and ensure reconciliation with system data. Maintain records and reports in alignment with excise laws and internal policies. Liaise with vendors, transporters, and regulatory authorities as required. Optimize warehouse layout, manage space utilization, and streamline processes. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management (Liquor or FMCG industry only)Strong understanding of inventory management systems and excise compliance. Leadership and team management skills Proficient in MS Excel and inventory software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) Familiarity with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards in warehousing. Must be able to join immediately or within 7–10 days.
