Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Facility Maintenance : Conduct routine inspections of sports areas, activities areas, offices, and common areas to identify maintenance needs. Oversee repairs for electrical, plumbing, and other systems. Ensure timely upkeep of furniture, fixtures, and building structures. Preventive Maintenance : Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities. Keep detailed logs of all maintenance and repair activities. Vendor Coordination : Liaise with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and projects. Evaluate vendor services and negotiate contracts for cost-effectiveness. Inventory Management : Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts. Ensure timely procurement of necessary materials. Health & Safety Compliance : Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Address any hazards or risks promptly. Assist in fire drills and emergency preparedness initiatives. Energy Efficiency : Monitor utility usage and suggest ways to optimize energy efficiency. Team Coordination : Supervise and coordinate with maintenance staff or housekeeping teams. Provide guidance and training as necessary. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Rotational shift Work Location: In person
