Maintenance Executive

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Executive is responsible for the smooth functioning, upkeep, and maintenance of all machinery, equipment, and infrastructure. This includes planning preventive maintenance, handling breakdowns, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspection, servicing, and maintenance of machinery, equipment, utilities, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical problems and resolve equipment failures quickly.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation for all assets.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for repairs and AMC services.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
• Support installation and commissioning of new machines and systems.
• Assist in energy management and cost-saving initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems (based on field).
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance systems.
• Hands-on with tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and compliance standards.
• Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
• Team player with strong communication and coordination abilities.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in maintenance operations.

Working Conditions:

• May involve shift-based duties depending on company policy.
• Work in industrial or factory settings.
• Occasional emergency call-ins for breakdowns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
