Job Title: Warehouse Incharge – Textile Industry

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Incharge will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including material receipt, storage, inventory management, dispatch, and maintaining accurate records. The role ensures smooth flow of goods, adherence to safety standards, and effective coordination with production, purchase, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Ensure timely receipt and proper storage of raw materials, finished goods, trims, and accessories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or manual systems.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Plan and monitor dispatch activities as per customer and production requirements.
• Ensure proper labeling, binning, and stacking of materials.
• Implement FIFO / LIFO inventory methods wherever applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with the purchase and production departments for stock planning and availability.
• Prepare and maintain reports on inward, outward, and stock balances.
• Supervise loading/unloading activities and manage manpower efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of textile raw materials and finished goods handling.
• Familiar with SAP/WMS and basic computer applications (Excel, Word).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

Education: Graduate / Diploma in Textile / Logistics / Supply Chain or related field.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in warehouse management, preferably in textile or garment manufacturing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
