Warehouse Incharge

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse In-Charge to oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory management, and dispatching of goods. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and organized storage, maintain accurate stock records, and supervise warehouse staff to meet productivity targets. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily warehouse activities including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving. Ensure proper storage and organization of materials and goods. Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP. Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production departments for smooth material flow. Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods as per schedule. Monitor and enforce safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards. Train and guide warehouse staff and labor. Manage stock levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts or overstock. Generate and present warehouse performance reports to management. Handle damage control and resolve issues related to defective or missing products. Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment as needed. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics/supply chain management. Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and logistics. Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse/inventory management software. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in warehousing. Physical stamina to work in warehouse environments.
