Warehouse Incharge

Position: Warehouse In-Charge

Role Summary:

The Warehouse In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, material handling, dispatch and receiving of goods (like air conditioners and installation kits), vendor coordination, and ensuring timely deliveries to field teams. The role requires a detail-oriented, organized professional with experience in logistics and warehouse management, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management 1. Maintain accurate stock records for incoming and outgoing inventory (e.g., AC units, spare parts, installation tools). 2. Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with ERP/software entries. 3. Monitor stock levels and raise reordering alerts for critical items. Dispatch & Receiving 1. Oversee the timely dispatch of goods to customers, technicians, or installation teams. 2. Coordinate inbound logistics for goods received from OEMs or vendors. 3. Ensure quality checks are performed on incoming items. Documentation & Systems 1. Maintain proper documentation: delivery challans, GRNs, invoices, and stock registers. 2. Update all transactions in the ERP system (SAP, Tally, ). 3. Ensure correct tagging and barcoding of inventory items. Team & Process Management 1. Supervise loaders, drivers, and warehouse helpers. 2. Implement and maintain 5S, FIFO, and other warehouse management best practices. 3. Enforce safety and cleanliness standards.

4+ years of warehouse/logistics experience, preferably in Warehouse operations Experience with ERP/WMS systems Tally, SAP,)

Education : Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com, BBA, or Logistics certification)
