We are currently seeking detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executives to join our Bengaluru team to efficiently manage warehouse operations and maintain optimal inventory flow. Job Summary: The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control, dispatch coordination, and reporting. The role requires accuracy, accountability, and efficiency in handling products, maintaining stock records, and ensuring timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain MIS reports on buying trends, inventory levels, fast-moving and non-moving stock. Oversee inward and outward stock movements, ensuring accuracy in documentation. Manage dispatch activities — ensuring products are packed, labeled, and shipped correctly and on time. Supervise loading and unloading of goods and ensure safe handling. Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely pickup and delivery. Conduct regular stock audits to verify inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the warehouse. Perform any other duties assigned by the Store/Warehouse Manager. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations. Skills Required: Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with inventory management systems. Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi and Kannada preferred). Strong organizational and time management abilities. Physically fit and capable of performing loading/unloading tasks. Attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures.
