Warehouse Executive

About the Company: We are a fast-growing ecommerce brand selling phone accessories, automobile accessories, and lifestyle products across major online marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart. We’re looking for a smart, reliable, and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to handle daily warehouse and dispatch operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Daily order picking and packing of ecommerce orders accurately and neatly. Prepare bulk FBA (Amazon) and FBF (Flipkart) shipments: Pick correct SKUs as per shipment plan. Print and paste barcodes, labels, and box stickers correctly from the seller dashboards. Pack products in brand covers and ensure shipment quality and compliance. Handle product returns: open daily returns, verify items, and assist in filing claims where required. Manage FBA unsold inventory: Check and receive removals from Amazon. Verify and resend required quantities to Fulfillment Centers (FCs). Assist in light production tasks: Learn to prepare customized phone cases by cutting vinyl designs and applying them neatly on base cases. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper product arrangement in BIN layout. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce warehouse, order fulfillment preferred. Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Dashboard is an advantage. Comfortable using a computer and printer (for labels, barcodes, etc.). Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physically fit and comfortable handling packaging tasks daily. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Saturday 9 am to 2 30 pm
