Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Executive

Location: Chhapara, Rajkot

Industry: Machine Precision Manufacturing

Experience Required: 1–2 years (preferred)

Education: Graduate (Any discipline)

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations including material handling, storage, and dispatch.
Maintain communication with overseas employees for shipment tracking, documentation, and inventory updates.
Handle administrative tasks related to logistics and warehousing.
Prepare and manage records using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ensure accurate inventory management and timely stock reconciliation.
Coordinate with internal departments like production and procurement for material movement.
Assist in documentation and support related to export-import processes.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the warehouse area.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication and coordination skills (especially with international teams).
Good in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Basic understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
Team player with a proactive and organized approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
