Job Overview:

Warehouse, Inventory & Fulfillment Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management:

• Oversee the

  receiving, sorting, and storage

  of products.
• Maintain an

  organized and efficient warehouse

  layout for easy accessibility.
• Ensure all inventory is properly labeled, categorized, and stored safely.

Inventory Management:

• Track stock levels and update inventory records in real-time.
• Conduct routine

  stock audits

  to prevent discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to

  replenish stock

  based on demand forecasts.
• Prepare inventory for

  Amazon FBA shipments

  , ensuring proper packaging and labeling.

Order Processing & Shipping (Shopify & COD Orders):

• Process new orders through the

  Shopify admin panel

  .
• Verify

  customer details, payment methods (Prepaid/COD), and shipping addresses

  .
• Accurately calculate

  net weight, package weight, and dimensions

  for shipments.
• Use

  Shiprocket & Bigship

  to select courier partners based on delivery speed, cost, and location.
• Generate

  shipping labels

  , schedule pickups, and dispatch orders in a timely manner.

Amazon FBA Fulfillment:

• Prepare and pack

  bulk inventory

  for shipment to

  Amazon Fulfillment Centers

  .
• Ensure products are properly labeled with

  Amazon FNSKU barcodes

  .
• Create and manage

  FBA shipment plans

  in Amazon Seller Central.
• Monitor inventory levels in Amazon warehouses and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Track FBA orders and ensure timely delivery through Amazon’s fulfillment network.

Order Fulfillment & Customer Follow-up:

• Update order status in Shopify and mark orders as

  fulfilled

  once shipped.
• Enter

  tracking IDs

  in Shopify and notify customers via email/SMS.
• Follow up with courier partners to ensure timely delivery and resolve delays.
• Communicate with customers regarding their order status and provide assistance with queries.
• Collect customer

  feedback on delivery experience

  and escalate any issues if needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Any graduation
• 2-5 years experience in

  warehouse management, logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, or Amazon FBA operations

  .
• Familiarity with

  Shopify, Shiprocket, Bigship, and Amazon Seller Central

  for order processing.
• Strong

  organizational and time-management skills

  .
• Ability to track inventory efficiently and manage stock levels proactively.
• Excellent

  communication and customer service skills

  to handle post-shipment follow-ups.
• Basic understanding of

  Amazon FBA labeling, packaging, and inventory replenishment

  .
• Comfortable working in a

  fast-paced environment

  with multiple tasks at hand.
