About the Role: We are looking for dynamic and motivated fresh graduates (2024 & 2025 pass-outs) to join our Supply Chain Management team as Management Trainees . The selected candidates will undergo structured training across various functions of supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, warehouse management, logistics, and vendor coordination. This role is designed to groom young graduates into future supply chain professionals by providing hands-on exposure, mentoring, and career development opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations. Support procurement activities including vendor follow-ups and purchase order management. Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and assist in demand planning. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (suppliers, transporters, customers). Prepare MIS reports, track KPIs, and highlight process gaps. Participate in projects related to process improvement and cost optimization. Learn and adapt to ERP/Supply Chain software systems. Desired Candidate Profile: UG graduates (2024 & 2025 pass-outs only). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Eagerness to learn supply chain concepts and industry practices. Ability to work in a team as well as independently. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Flexible and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
