Job Description

About the Role:

Management Trainees

This role is designed to groom young graduates into future supply chain professionals by providing hands-on exposure, mentoring, and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations.
Support procurement activities including vendor follow-ups and purchase order management.
Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and assist in demand planning.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (suppliers, transporters, customers).
Prepare MIS reports, track KPIs, and highlight process gaps.
Participate in projects related to process improvement and cost optimization.
Learn and adapt to ERP/Supply Chain software systems.

Desired Candidate Profile:

UG graduates (2024 & 2025 pass-outs only).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn supply chain concepts and industry practices.
Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Flexible and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
