Job Description

The Role

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Lead Generation & Sales:

    Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold outreach, and local events. Conduct daily on-site visits to schools and colleges to generate and qualify leads. Arrange and conduct compelling software demonstrations of our ERP platform.Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Client Management:

    Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. Act as a trusted advisor, effectively addressing client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Strategy & Reporting:

    Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify and explore new opportunities within the region. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations. Provide regular and accurate reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance. Maintain meticulous records in the CRM to track sales pipelines and performance.
  • Team Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction. Attend industry events and conferences to expand our network and market presence.
