Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold outreach, and local events
  • Conduct daily on-site visits to schools and colleges to generate and qualify leads
  • Arrange and conduct compelling software demonstrations of our ERP platform
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
  • Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Act as a trusted advisor, effectively addressing client needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Strategy & Reporting: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify and explore new opportunities within the region
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations
  • Provide regular and accurate reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance
  • Maintain meticulous records in the CRM to track sales pipelines and performance
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand our network and market presence


Work Experince*

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field / An MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a B2B or B2G context
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a passion for the edutech sector
