Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

Conduct induction and refresher training for soft services staff (housekeeping, pantry, support staff, etc.).
Deliver training on cleaning methods, chemical usage, equipment handling, and service etiquette.
Train staff on company SOPs, client-specific requirements, and statutory compliance.
Conduct toolbox talks and on-the-job training at sites.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure adherence to service standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
Carry out quality audits and hygiene inspections at sites.
Identify gaps in service delivery and recommend corrective actions.
Support ISO / QHSE / client audits with training documentation.

Safety & Hygiene

Train staff on PPE usage, MSDS, safe chemical handling, and waste management.
Promote safety awareness and hygiene best practices.
Ensure compliance with statutory and EHS norms.

Performance Monitoring

Assess trainee performance through evaluations and practical demonstrations.
Maintain training attendance, assessment records, and certification logs.
Provide feedback to Operations and HR teams on staff skill levels.

Client & Operations Support

Coordinate with Operations Managers for site-specific training needs.
Support new site mobilization with manpower training.
Address client feedback related to soft services quality through retraining.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of soft services operations in Facility Management.
Good communication and presentation skills (Tamil / English / Hindi preferred).
Ability to train field-level manpower effectively.
Hands-on experience with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and SOPs.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
