Designation : Warehouse Executive Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, handling inward and outward movements and documentation of the same using WMS on site. Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse management and WMS systems. Educational Qualification : Graduation in a relevant field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business). Other Skills : A strong background in Excel and Analytical work is preferred. Location : Kolkata Job Role : Warehouse Management: · Oversee the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods, ensuring efficient and safe warehouse operations. · Manage and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting. · Supervise the operation of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and ensure operator safety and efficiently. · Manage inventory levels, track inward and outward movement of goods and implement cycle counting and inventory audits. · Co-ordinate with procurement, logistics and sales team to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods. · Monitor and ensure proper packaging, labeling and documentation for all shipments. · Handle documentation and coordination for international shipments including customs clearance, HS codes and trade compliance. · Provide analytical reports to management on inventory management and efficient material movement How to Apply : Interested candidates should submit their resumes and references to kinni@knowellinternational.com with the subject line “Application for Warehouse Executive’ Show more Show less
