Job Title: Warehouse Executive Experience: 1–2 years Location: [Gurgaon] Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory handling, dispatches, inward/outward entries, and stock accuracy. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in warehouse processes, good organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders Maintain inventory records and stock levels in system Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries Ensure proper labeling, storage, and cleanliness of the warehouse Monitor stock movement and report discrepancies Assist with periodic stock audits and cycle counts Follow safety and compliance protocols at all times Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management Familiarity with stock management systems (Excel, ERP, etc.) Basic understanding of dispatch and logistics processes Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to lift/move moderately heavy items as needed Team player with a proactive attitude Preferred Qualifications: Experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce sector Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting Good communication skills in Hindi and English Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
