Roles & Responsibilities- 1. Manager material inward and outward physically and in system. 2. Arrange timely pick and drop of material. 3. Manage refilling of fire cylinders within timeframe. 4. Ensures that customers receive the quickest service possible. 5. Interacts with customers using Phone, Email and in person. 6. Documentation: Preparing reports, maintaining records, and organizing files. 7. Handling and processing routine transactions such as Quotation preparation, report Preparation ect.. 8. Answering customer inquiries, resolving problems, and providing information as needed. 9. Follow-up with customer for quotation send 10. Compliance: Ensuring all activities comply with company policies and regulations. 11. Takes customer complaints to upper management when necessary. 12. Maintain warehouse housekeeping. 13. Good in communication skill. 14. Good in computer skill.
