Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock audits. Ensure timely replenishment of stock by coordinating with procurement. Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks. Implement and monitor safety protocols and compliance standards. Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and productivity. Prepare and verify dispatch documents (invoices, delivery notes, GRNs).
