Warehouse Executive

Location: VKIA Jaipur

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 10 am to 7 pm

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for the efficient handling of warehouse operations including inventory management, order processing, packaging, dispatch, goods receipt, and returns. The role ensures accuracy, safety, and timely movement of goods while maintaining proper records and warehouse discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Packaging
• Pack orders strictly sales order–wise ensuring correct items, quantities, and packaging standards.
• Label, seal, and prepare parcels for dispatch as per company guidelines.
• Inventory Management
• Receive incoming stock and perform stock intake with physical verification.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records in registers/system.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Goods Receipt & Storage
• Unload parcels and materials from delivery vehicles.
• Unpack goods and systematically shift items to designated racks.
• Ensure proper stacking and space utilization within the warehouse.
• Dispatch & Logistics Handling
• Load parcels carefully for dispatch.
• Coordinate with logistics and transport partners for timely shipments.
• Ensure all dispatch documentation is complete and accurate.
• Goods Return (GR) Process
• Handle returned goods by checking quantity, quality, and condition.
• Update return records and restock approved goods into racks.
• Segregate damaged or rejected items and report accordingly.
• Record Keeping & Documentation
• Maintain daily inward, outward, and stock movement registers.
• Warehouse Housekeeping & Safety
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards within the warehouse.
• Follow safety procedures during loading, unloading, and stacking of goods.
• Additional Responsibilities (As Required)
• Assist in periodic stock audits and physical stock verification.
• Support the implementation of inventory control systems or process improvements.
• Report operational issues and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification, 12th
• Experience in warehouse or inventory operations preferred
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and record maintenance
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good coordination and communication skills

Working Conditions

• May involve physical labor, standing for long hours, and handling heavy parcels.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
