Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of negotiation skills, technical sales expertise, and strong communication abilities to effectively manage accounts and foster long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  • Conduct B2B sales activities, including warm calling and follow-ups to generate leads and close deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies that enhance client engagement and drive sales growth.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking account activities, managing pipelines, and reporting on sales performance.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product offerings and effectively communicating their value to clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and improve service delivery.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role within technology or B2B sales environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing client relationships and driving team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for effective account management.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market data and make informed recommendations.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales initiatives is a plus.

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
