Experience: 2-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Monitoring Housekeeping works and cleaning of office.
Travel and Hotel booking for employees or clients.
Coordinate with various departments to address facility-related needs and issues.
Manage with external vendors and service providers.
Oversee procurement of services and supplies related to facilities management.
Ensure the maintenance and repairs.
Manage office supplies and stock ordering and handling.
Purchase of any material required for office and events.
Event coordination and decoration of the office.
Coordinate AMC & repairs and preventive maintenance with service providers as per schedule.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures regarding office operations, safety, and security.
Any External or Internal works assigned by the reporting manager/management.

Requirements:

Any Degree from Recognised University (Male candidates only) with 60% in all academics.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic understanding of office equipment and facilities maintenance.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to assist with occasional after-hours or weekend tasks as needed.
Two-wheelers with Driving License are mandatory.
6 days working per week.
