Job Description

Job Role: Office Admin & Social Media Handler (Female)
Candiate Location : Nearby Pandiyan Nagar (First Prefernce)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily office admin tasks (calls, customer follow-ups, maintaining records).
  • Manage telecalling and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Post and update content on social media (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Reply to messages, comments, and maintain customer engagement.
  • Follow up with clients regarding orders and updates.
  • Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Tamil & basic English.
  • Basic knowledge of social media handling.
  • Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented.
  • Experience in admin/telecalling/social media will be an added advantage.
